Format for CV

Anyone can help with format for CV

You mean you want help with CV format?
That’s actually a great topic you have touched though.

Yes! Sorry for the typing error! Just corrected it

I have heard that CV should be good… don’t know if that’s true

To my understanding, a resume provides a concise snapshot of your key achievements and skills, while a CV (Curriculum Vitae) offers a more detailed version.

A CV (which can also be referred to as a portfolio) holds significant importance when applying for training and non-training positions. This is undoubtedly true. However, when seeking an observer-ship or clinical attachment, it’s the personal connection that truly makes the difference. You don’t want to overwhelm consultants or HR with a detailed CV since they may not even have time to open your email. In such cases, a resume becomes the preferred option.

As for the format, it should vary depending on the position and specialty you are applying for. In general, your CV should adhere to a structure known as “CAMP,” which is relevant to the position and specialty you are pursuing:

C - Clinical Expertise
A - Academic Achievement
M - Management and Teamwork Experience
P - Personal Attributes and Skills
