What is this hyperemesis gravidarum scenario?

14wks pregnant in her first pregnancy. Baby’s growth was normal. No jaundice or abd pain. No fever. Vomited 4x since 2 days, mouth dry and low urine output. Bp was normal. Urine dipstick test showed ketones 4+ and no protein. No comment about the glucose in the dipstick.
