My plab2 journey

:arrow_left: PLAB 2 Personal Experience

Hello I am here to share my plab2 journey with you guys…this platform has helped me in so many ways I owe this post to all the members of this platform who are working selflessly to help plab2 aspirants…

I recently passed my exam with 15/16 stations in my 1st attempt…
So here is my journey:
Sources:
1.Sobhy’s
2.aspire notes
3.lovaan’s masterclass
4.most imp NHS website

I have 2 toddlers so i started way early like around 4-5 months with 3 months of more focused study
Dr Mo was my 1st Mentor!i didn’t book his online course I already had access to his videos and notes through one of my family member.
I Started with sobhy’s videos, read aspire and shoby’s notes own my own initially…I gathered stations and printed them some of them from sobhy’s and few which were good in aspire…
Then i started practicing 10 stations daily… did my course twice this way…
I used to attend free online mock sessions of different mentors and learned so many other things over their.

Whenever in doubt, I’d open NHS and would read from there because that’s the most Reliable source (I didn’t had access to nice cks coz I had no idea about Vpn😁…but once i was in uk I’d open nice if things were not clear or insufficient on NHS website)

Now about the LOVAAN’S MASTERCLASSS!
Let me be very clear his masterclass class is not for beginners!once you are done with your whole syllabus then take his class atleast 1 to 1.5 Month before your exam.IT’s a game changer actually ( but it doesn’t necessarily mean that if you don’t attend his class you won’t pass…there are a lot people who didn’t attend his class but cleared their exam in 1st go)
I took it 1 month before my exam and for me it was really helpful!

3 weeks before my exam I joined sobhy’s academy for clinicals…their teaching is really good like they’ll make you learn tips and tricks to ace your clinicals but on the other hand they don’t have updated and enough equipment to practice on… so I practiced these things in the academy and in the accommodation with my friends again and again to master them.
GHALABA MOCK is the Undeniable best thing in Mo academy!

I Did Recalls of 1 month(app 35 days) and Revised them in last 3-4 days Revised simman examination procedure teaching 1 day before my exam…that’s how it remained fresh in my mind on the exam day.

EXTRA TIP:In our last days We used to Put the timer for 3 min and would do management only in those 3 min… same for examinations 3.5 min timer to do complete examination.
I hope it’s helpful for all of you!

Good luck, Have faith and be confident you’ll smash this exam inshaAllah :star_struck:
Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any query…
