- Autoimmune (Rheumatoid Arthritis)
- Achilles Tendinitis
- Stress Fractures
- Peripheral Neuropathy

- Dx
- Plantar Fascitis
- No testing
- It’s inflammation of part of the foot tissue that connects heel to the toes
- It could be due to standing for long period of time.
Rx
- Step 1
- Avoid standing for long time, take hourly breaks.
- Give painkillers
- Ice packs wrap in towel for 15 - 20 minutes
- Self physiotherapy: stretching
- Step 2
- Physiotherapy
- Step 3
- Orthopaedics for steroid injections, shock wave therapy or surgery.
